Our roots in New Jersey cricket go back to the 1990s, when we helped pioneer the sport in the state. For over 30 years, we've been part of its growth, helping introduce generations of players to the game and even providing the foundation for many of the cricket academies operating in our area today.
We've watched the cricket landscape evolve, seen academies grow, and learned what works and what doesn't. Now, we believe it's time to take everything we've learned and build an academy that puts the kids first.

MEET COACH EARL DALEY
Former USA National Team Player | ICC Level 2 Coach | Cricket Hall of Fame Inductee
With over 20 years of coaching and player development experience, Coach Earl Daley is one of the most respected figures in American cricket.
A former USA National Team player, Earl has competed alongside and against some of cricket's greatest legends, including Brian Lara, Curtly Ambrose, and Courtney Walsh. His coaching career spans youth development, regional and national teams, Minor League Cricket, and international competition, including coaching the USA Women's National Team.
Throughout his career, Earl has helped develop some of America's top young cricket talent, including players who have gone on to represent the United States internationally.
Inducted into the Cricket Hall of Fame in 2017, Earl brings world-class experience, technical expertise, and a passion for mentorship to Barons Academy.

Crossover Athlete | Hitting Specialist | Baseball & Cricket Innovator
An accomplished athlete in both baseball and cricket, Shake combines baseball's power, bat speed, hand-eye coordination, and hitting mechanics with cricket's technique, timing, and precision to create a dynamic approach to coaching.
His crossover training methods have attracted athletes at every level, from young beginners to international professionals, including West Indies star Sherfane Rutherford.
Beyond coaching, Shake has gained recognition through YouTube and his work with Jomboy Media, appearing in baseball and cricket content that has collectively generated millions of views. Through his Bat x Baller platform and collaborations, he's bringing fresh attention to cricket and showing audiences how closely connected these two sports really are.
