BB Barons Youth Cricket Academy
WHERE EVERY ATHLETE HAS A PATH TO GROW.
At Barons Academy, we believe true development comes from quality, not quantity. Unlike traditional academies focused on enrolling hundreds of players, we intentionally keep our training groups small to ensure every athlete receives the individual attention they deserve.
Led by Coach Earl Daley, our academy combines elite coaching, personalized development plans, and a commitment to building strong fundamentals, confidence, and discipline. We're not here to build the biggest academy. We're here to develop the best athletes, one player at a time.
SMALL GROUPS. ELITE TRAINING. EVERY PLAYER MATTERS.
