Commitment to the Spirit of BBCL

As a member of the BBCL, I hereby pledge to uphold the values and standards that define our league.

I commit to:

1. Respect the Game – Honor the traditions of cricket, the umpires, my opponents, and my teammates.

3. Lead with Responsibility – As captain, I set the example for my team in behavior, discipline, and sportsmanship.
   
   

4. Uphold Brotherhood – Treat every member of BBCL as part of a community, fostering unity and respect.
   
   

5. Strive for Excellence – Push myself and my team to raise the standard of amateur cricket in America.
   
   

6. Protect the Spirit of Cricket – Reject hostility, aggression, or conduct that disrespects the gentleman’s game.
   
   

Our Acknowledgment

We understand that failure to uphold these values may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, fines, suspension, or removal from BBCL.

By registering for BBCL, we agree to this pledge, we affirm that we are proud members of BBCL and that we accept our responsibility in shaping the new age of cricket in America.
